Sealed-Vial Policy
For safety and integrity reasons, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned. Once a peptide vial seal is broken, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will issue a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship the wrong product, we cover the cost of return shipping and send the correct item immediately. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
