Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of the package being received. If there is an issue with your order — damaged item, defective product, or wrong item shipped — you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. After this window, the order is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for refund or replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the package has been dispatched to the delivery courier. If you need to change the address, products, or quantity, contact us as soon as possible — we can only adjust orders that have not yet been handed off for shipping.

Shipping Responsibility & Possible Delays
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Once a package is handed to the courier, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the shipping company. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused by incorrect address details or courier issues beyond our control.
Please note: orders may sometimes be delayed due to courier backlogs, holidays, customs checks, weather, restocking, or other circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed, but delays do not qualify for refund or cancellation once the package has been dispatched.
Product Storage
Once received, peptides should be stored according to the recommended conditions (typically refrigerated and protected from light). We are not responsible for product degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.
